Highly Capable Program

Challenge Parents Association (CPA) is a parent group that supports families in the district's Highly Capable program.  Our mission is to advocate for and support our gifted/highly capable students, families and teachers in the Terrace Park Challenge Program and the Brier Terrace Middle School (BTMS) Highly Capable Program. Please note: there is not an after school activity bus for study club or after school clubs that services outside of BTMS home school area. However, the sports bus does include stops for HiCap routes.
